Following your team alignment audit, you will have the option to engage our firm in alignment work with your team. Our Team Alignment Accelerator is a highly customized 3 phase process:

  1. A team diagnostic provides leaders with data to pinpoint team strengths and opportunities, guide activities in the 6 key team alignment areas and serve as a baseline for measuring ROI.
  2. An alignment workshop is a highly interactive 1/2 to 1 full day online or in person team experience. Using real-time dynamics as the curriculum, we guide teams to co-create agreements, align around shared goals, and strengthen trust. 
  3. A leadership debrief measures impact and provides practical recommendations that reinforce alignment, resilience and sustainment.

Amy and Melissa Arthur are co-founders of Arthur Leadership Group. We are certified executive and leadership coaches with deep subject matter expertise gained from thousands of hours coaching and training leaders and teams in global science and technology organizations. And, we happen to be sisters!
