Amy & Melissa Arthur are sisters and co-founders of The Arthur Group. Amy is an executive leadership coach specializing in organization and team development. Melissa is an executive leadership coach specializing in health & wellbeing. Over the past 5 years, we have focused our practice on coaching women leaders in science, technology and wellness fields. We are certified in Woman Centered Coaching with Dr. Claire Zammit and in Tara Mohr's Playing Big facilitator program for women who lead.
